notification of its accession.
Article 27.
A special record shall be kept by the secretary General of the League of Nations, showing which of the partice have aigned, ratified, acceded to or renounced the present
Convention.
This record shall be open to the Members of the Lougue at all times; it shall be published as often as possible in accordance with the directions of the Council.
Article 26.
In the event of one of the Contracting Farties wishing
to denounce the present Convention, the denucciation shall
be notified in writing to the Secretary General of the League
of Nations, who shall immediately communicate a duly certified copy of the notification to all the other Powers, informing them of the date on which it was received.

Article 29.
A request for the revision of the present Convention may be made at any time by notice addressed to the Secretary Genera 1. Such notice shall be communicated to all the other Parties to the Convention and if endorsed by not less than one-third of them the Council of the League shall make arrangements for the helling of a conference for the
revision of the Convention.
